Goodbyes

We built a house and are leaving a home. Almost 4 years to the day we moved in, we’re moving out. We laid grass, built a fence, planted trees, bushes, and flowers. It’s the place we brought our babies home to. It has been a place of refuge from life’s trials and has protected us from the elements. We’ve filled it with love and memories. As we move on we cannot forget the special place it has in our hearts. So, to the little red brick home with black shutters we say goodbye.

Birthday, Mission, and Mother's Day

Happy Birthday Bryan! Macy couldn't leave the store without buying a stuffed duck for Bryan's bday. She named him "papa". Me, Macy, and Shilo are so very blessed to have Bryan in our lives.

What? Already?

Welcome home Mark! Uncle Mark returned home from his mission recently to two new nephews, one new niece, and a soon to be brother-in-law! It was fun to have the whole family together. We are so proud of him and his service! Good job Mark!

Happy mother's day to my awesome mom, mother-in-law and grandma. I am so blessed to have strong and supportive women in my life and to be a mother myself.
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so other people won't feel insecure around you. We are born to manifest God's glory within us. It's not just in some of us: it's in everyone."
