Bryan and I have been known to have a slight competitive streak. In our early years of marriage every Sunday night we would make nachos and play Backgammon. While we aren't able to play very much anymore we still pull out the board once in a while. Sometimes I win and sometimes he loses. Either way we have a lot of fun.
This past weekend I was asked to use one word to describe my husband. I chose the word awesome because, frankly, he is.

My little Shilo is growing up. Today she is 4 months old. Can you believe it? Time seems to go by so fast when you are measuring it through the growth of a child. Shilo is a little sweetheart who has brought a definite peace into our home. I'm so grateful to be her mom.
